The Contractor will provide overall technology and process development coordination, project planning and project management services for the AARP Driver Safety Organization.

Responsibilities include:
• Program and project management services
• Program implementation strategy development and documentation
• Process and system analysis documentation and recommendations
• Develop, document and execute communication and change management strategies and planning
• Research, analyze, document, recommend and develop process workflows and operations
• Develop, prioritize, coordinate and document new and system enhancement requirements
• Project manage system development and implementation support services for Driver Safety Modernization, CSR and Toyota sponsorship related process and system initiatives and solutions including those for the AARP Driver Safety Portal, technology, operations and financial management functions.

These services will include requirements development management, process mapping, process investigation and development of process recommendations; universal course registration design and volume model development and support; development and delivery of key metric reports and analysis functionality in support of key 2012 & 2013 AARP Driver Safety technology initiatives.

These services will be provided within a team environment and include integration with AARP Driver Safety staff, Volunteer Leaders, Volunteers, Participants, and other AARP staff, system groups and departments.

These services will be required to fully develop and implement critical 2012 & 2013 AARP Driver Safety Program Modernization, Toyota and Driver Safety Growth, Universal Registration and Expense Reimbursement Management CSRs and initiatives. Delivery of these initiatives and activities will further enhance and improve rapid response, communications and quality service delivery to over 500,000 clients per year while supporting AARP Driver Safety’s 6,000+ volunteers delivering almost 30,000 courses per year.

These services will include activities such as:
• Coordinating and project managing VMIS, DSO, ITS related systems development, enhancements, fixes and issue resolution activities including the design of system interface requirements and supporting processes within the Driver Safety Growth, Universal Registration and Expense Reimbursement Management CSRs.
• Project manage the overall development of key business rules and requirements for the integration of each program initiative into overall system and Portal designs and interfacing with VMIS, DSO, ITS and other systems and development teams
• Developing, documenting and reporting on overall program project plans, schedule and milestones for each initiative and CSR
• Developing, delivering and project managing enhanced and ongoing volunteer training and communications strategies including “train the trainer” and other necessary functions as required and planned
• Providing analysis, reporting and results to be presented and shared with AARP Driver Safety or other groups or audiences
